If you’re a Disney fan, you’re likely aware of Cocktails by Cody, a company that caused the internet to go crazy when Disney-themed cocktails were revealed. The cocktails looked amazing (featuring the colors of all of our favorite Disney characters) and contained unlikely mixtures of alcoholic beverages with fruit juices. But, if you’re not a fan of alcohol or if you have kids who are obsessed with Disney, you probably felt a bit left out. Not to worry, though, because we’ve searched high and low to find you the best Disney-themed mocktails (i.e. non-alcoholic beverages) out there. With these, your next party is sure to be a hit. Some of the following recipes also have an alcoholic version (just in case). Enjoy!

“Under the Sea” Blue Raspberry Lemonade Sherbet Party Punch (The Little Mermaid)

Via: pinterest.com

Who doesn’t love the idea of sitting on a beach with some cool, tropical beverage in their hand? While we may not be able to help you with the beach part of this fantasy, we can help you with the cool tropical beverage part. This recipe, inspired by The Little Mermaid, is fittingly called “Under the Sea” blue raspberry lemonade sherbet party punch. To make it, you’ll need 12 ounces of frozen lemonade, four cans of warm water, one to two liters of Sprite, one to two packets of Raspberry Lemonade Kool-Aid mix and one tub of pineapple sherbet. The Kool-Aid is what gives this drink its beautiful blue color, which resembles that of a tropical ocean. If you’re looking for a refreshing beverage (whether it’s a hot day or not), this should be your go-to choice!

Kid-friendly Inside Out Drinks

Via: pinterest.com

Inside Out is an amazing Disney/Pixar movie that has been praised for helping kids connect to their emotions. The movie features a young girl who has five personifications of the basic emotions (Joy, Sadness, Fear, Disgust and Anger) living in her head. Each emotion is a different color (Anger is red, Joy is yellow, Sadness is blue etc.). This has inspired a blogger named Kendall Rayburn to create special drinks based on the colors of the emotions. The drink inspired by Anger is a mixed berry drink containing cranberry juice, mixed berry juice and strawberries. The one inspired by Joy is an orange pineapple drink and the one based on Sadness is a lemon grape drink. You can get the full recipes here.

Alice’s Looking Glass Jell-O Mocktail (Alice in Wonderland)

Via: pinterest.com

Fans of Alice in Wonderland will love this one (and that goes for both grown-up fans and little ones)! For many young adults, a party just isn’t complete without Jell-O shots. But, kids actually love Jell-O, too. So, why not make a non-alcoholic Jell-O mocktail for them? You’ll need green, orange and purple Jell-O mix, along with boiling water and whipped cream. The alcoholic version includes vodka (like a regular Jell-O shot would). The presentation for this recipe is fantastic. Look at all of the colors! If you don’t like Jell-O, you can always do a slushie version! And you can make a “Drink Me” or “Eat Me” tag, too, to top it all off. This would definitely be a hit at any party.

Princess Aurora Sunrise (Sleeping Beauty)

Via: pinterest.com

When you think of Princess Aurora, what comes to mind? For us, it’s sunshine and birds singing in a forest. It makes sense, since aurora actually means “sunrise” in Latin. If you’d like some sunrise in a glass, you should definitely try making this Princess Aurora sunrise beverage. It’s so simple to make! Just mix orange and grapefruit juice together. Then, add in grenadine (a non-alcoholic bar syrup) and put in lemon-lime soda (such as Sprite or 7-Up). Pour the mixture into a cute mason jar and garnish it with an orange or grapefruit slice and there you have it! While your kids enjoy this drink, you can enjoy the adult version, with champagne! Get both delicious recipes here.

Mocktail Martinis (Frozen)

Via: athriftymom.com

Frozen is all the rage these days (even though it’s been three years since its release). And if your kid is like most kids, they’ll want a Frozen-themed party at one point or another. To make the party complete, you’ll need these adorable Frozen drinks. There are two versions: a blue one and a white one. This beverage is all about the presentation. Gather a few martini glasses, pour a little corn syrup on a plate and dip the rim into it. Then, dip the rim in white sprinkles. For the blue version, you can use any blue beverage. However, the recipe suggests using blue Kool-Aid. It also suggests using Piña Colada SoBe (which is non-alcoholic) for the white version. But if you’d like, you can even try a vanilla milkshake instead.

Alice’s Electric Blue Butterfly (Alice in Wonderland)

Via: pinterest.com

Alice in Wonderland is known for its vibrant colors and creatures. This mocktail combines both of these features, and some of you may be overjoyed to hear that there’s an adult version, too! To make the mocktail, you’ll have to combine lemonade, 7-Up and blue fruit punch (or blue food coloring). Then, add a blue striped straw and garnish it with blue paper butterflies (a nod to the iconic blue caterpillar in the story). How cute are they, by the way? You can get the template for the butterflies by following the link in the recipe.

You can also make an alcoholic version with lemon or citrus vodka, lemonade, blue curaçao and 7-Up. Serve these chilled for a refreshingly magical drink.

Judy’s Hustle (Zootopia)

Via: pinterest.com

Zootopia is a really fun movie about a rabbit named Judy Hopps, who dreams of becoming the first rabbit police officer in Zootopia. For a fun Zootopia-inspired mocktail, whip up this drink (appropriately called Judy’s hustle). To make it, put Mixed Berry Kool-Aid, ice and lemonade together in a cocktail shaker and shake it. Then, pour it over ice and add in lemon-lime sparkling water. Next, add frozen blueberries and garnish with lemon peel badge and mint ears. You can also substitute sparkling water for Sprite (but it’ll be sweeter, of course!).

There’s also an adult version of this mocktail, made with vodka, blue curaçao, lemonade, lemon lime sparkling water and frozen blueberries.

Fox and Bunny (Zootopia)

Via: spaceshipsandlaserbeams.com

This is another delicious mocktail inspired by Zootopia. Dubbed the fox and bunny, the red in this mocktail represents the fox in the movie (Nick Wilde), while the white represents the tail of the rabbit, Judy Hopps. Your kids will go crazy for this mocktail (mainly because it contains ice cream). Luckily for you, it’s super easy to throw together. To make it, simply combine and stir soda, sparkling water and grenadine in a pitcher. Top it off with vanilla ice cream and maraschino cherries. You can also serve it with red and white striped straws. This would make a great addition to a Zootopia-themed party. Your little party animals will definitely enjoy it and beg for more!

White Hot Chocolate (Frozen)

Via: i.ytimg.com

There are so many mocktail recipes inspired by Frozen, but this is one of our favorite ones! This white hot chocolate is sure to be a hit at your kid’s next Frozen-themed party or even just as a sweet treat for a cold, winter night. The great thing about this drink is that you can add different spices to it. To make it, you’ll need half and half, white chocolate chips, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, whipped cream and the topping (which is made with whipped topping, cinnamon, cocoa powder, mint leaves, candy canes and marshmallows). To rim the glass, use honey, blue sugar, blue sprinkles and blue snowflake sprinkles. The presentation is stunning, thanks to the contrast of colors.

I Just Can’t Wait to Be King or No Worries (The Lion King)

Via: pinterest.com

The Lion King is (and will forever be) a Disney classic. The movie is just wonderful, but we especially like the part where Simba is in the jungle with Timon and Pumba. It just seems so tropical and fun! And that’s the perfect theme for a beverage, right? There are two notable Lion King cocktails (with one being from Cocktails by Cody, as shown above). Both beverages contain mango juice. To make a kid-friendly version of the Cocktails by Cody version, simply omit the alcohol so you’re left with orange juice and mango. The other version (without the alcohol) will contain orange mango juice and cinnamon, garnished with brown sugar and an assortment of fruits on a stick (which is a fun way of getting kids to eat fruits, by the way). Both of these are fit for your little king (or queen)!

Bug Sludge Smoothie (The Lion King)

Speaking of Timon and Pumba, this recipe is inspired by their love for bugs (thankfully, it doesn’t contain actual bugs, just lots of delicious fruits). To make it, you’ll need a cup of frozen mixed berries (you can customize this to your child’s preferences), one cup of vanilla yogurt, one cup of skim milk and one banana. Just as you would with any other smoothie, combine the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. You can also get your kids to help you garnish these with bugs made of fruit (for example, a ladybug made of a strawberry and a blackberry). This is another great way to get your picky eaters to consume fruits. How can they resist?

Minion Mocktail (Despicable Me)

Via: pinterest.com

Who doesn’t love the Minions? They’re cute, silly and funny. Ever since we’ve been exposed to them, we’ve been obsessed! There are so many different recipes and DIY crafts based on these iconic characters from Despicable Me, so having a Minion-themed party is actually a great idea. To make this yellow mocktail, combine lemon-lime Gatorade with a cup of Sprite and a cup of lemonade and stir it. Then, add it to a milk bottle rimmed with blue sugar. Serve it at a minion-themed party with other foods inspired by the Minions (like a Minion munch snack mix or Minion twinkies). You can get more adorable minion recipes here. Your kids will surely love this!

Mimosas featuring Mickey Mouse

Via: pinterest.com

A Mickey Mouse party is another popular party theme because there are tons of Mickey party merchandise out there (which is expected, as it is Disney’s ultimate icon). These Mickey Mouse mimosas are the perfect beverage for such a party. There are, once again, two versions. The adult version uses champagne, fresh orange and grenadine (to give it that gorgeous red color, which is associated with Mickey’s outfit). The kid-friendly version uses sparkling cider, sparkling water or ginger ale instead of champagne. To top them off, carve some fresh strawberries so that they resemble Mickey’s ears. Then, dip them in chocolate (as pictured) and garnish the glasses with them. How adorable is that? This is definitely a beverage everyone can enjoy.

Mickey Mouse Oreo Mocktail

Via: orig05.deviantart.net

As mentioned above, there is no shortage of Mickey Mouse recipes out there. Cocktails by Cody and the Tipsy Bartender have both created a Mickey-inspired cocktail. Cody’s recipe includes Oreo vodka, white chocolate liqueur and ice cream. There are two Oreo cookies on the rim of the glass (to resemble Mickey’s ears). Now, of course, a kid can’t drink this! So, you can substitute some of the ingredients to make a kid-friendly version. There is a great recipe for a cookies and cream milkshake, which requires you to blend vanilla ice cream, Oreo cookies and milk. To make it extra fancy, add whipped cream and Mickey’s Oreo ears. Sounds delicious, doesn’t it? We’re actually craving this right now.

Poison Apple Punch (Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs)

Via: thetiptoefairy.com

It doesn’t have to be Halloween for your kids to enjoy this Disney-inspired punch (although this would be the perfect Halloween beverage, what with the spooky appearance and scary name). To make it, you’ll need apple cider (or apple juice), lemon-lime soda, cranberry apple juice and dry ice. Apple cider gives this punch a bit of spice and it’ll probably be something different for the kids.

Simply combine the liquid ingredients and add one piece of dry ice. But, wait for the dry ice to melt before serving it to kids. How cool and spooky does this look? It’s like something straight out of an evil queen’s recipe book. Your kids will love it, especially if they like apple-flavored beverages.
